Dr. Werner received his medical degree from Columbia University College Physicians & Surgeons, New York, New York. He completed his residency at the University of Michigan Medical Center, Ann Arbor, Michigan and his cardiology fellowship at Boston University School of Medicine, Boston, Massachusetts.
