Patients wishing to make an appointment can call the UConn
Health Center between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
A patient
service representative will ask you specific demographic
questions and obtain information regarding your medical
condition.
You will also be reminded to bring your medical
records to the first appointment.
